Grappling, Wrestling, Takedowns, Leglocks, all techniques welcome at Tricolor NoGi. A mix of fundamental techniques as well as more advanced concepts taught by head coach Cassiano Rodrigues, be prepared to embed the techniques learnt through situational drills, as well as live sparring rounds.
